Our mission was to create a workforce video to recruit + retain staff for Community Health Care Association of NYS.

The big obstacle? We were in the middle of a global pandemic. A pandemic that impacted nearly every aspect of our lives, but no greater than the healthcare industry. Workers were burnt out, tired, overworked + underappreciated. We traveled from Buffalo to Brooklyn interviewing healthcare workers, creating human-centered narratives that were authentic + transformative. Each community health center we visited provides care for underserved New Yorkers. We found stories of hope, compassion + resilience.
